Accessing your client vaults can be accomplished in just 2 simple steps.
If you haven't already, begin by opening up your BePrepared Business platform either on the web or by using the desktop application and navigating to the clients page by selecting the 'clients' tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
In your client list, you will see your clients' names, email addresses, connection status and (towards the right hand side of the screen), the blue 'Start Client Mode' button.
Locate the client you're looking for, and then left-click on their 'Start Client Mode' button.
You are now inside your client's secure vault, and can begin populating their vault.
