Creating A New Client Vault

How to add a new client to the BePrepared Business platform and create their vault.

Creating a new client vault in the BePrepared Business platform can be achieved in 2 simple steps.

To begin with, open your BePrepared Business platform either through your desktop app or internet browser.

In the menu located on the left side of your screen, we can see the option titled ‘Clients’.

Left-click once to select and open the Client Page.

Now that you are inside your client page, select the blue button that says ‘create client’ toward the top left corner.

You’ll be prompted to enter your clients’ legal first and last names, and their primary email address.

Once you click the blue ‘create’ button, your client will receive an email prompting them to join the vault you’ve created for them.

Let’s now go ahead and click ‘create’.

Once the window closes, you will see a notification pop up at the top of your screen notifying you again that your client has been sent an invite.
